I just finished the last volume of the series. I find it sort of weird to wrap my mind around the fact that Himaruya drew four volumes of something so thoughtful that has so little of the weird humour we see in Hetalia. I can't help but wonder much of the plot reflects his own experiences as an artist.

i just visited neopets, the bubbly g-rated black hole of my childhood and teen years, and hooooooly shit that's definitely still a thing. so glad i'm not addicted to it like i was, as it seems so much of the site is about promoting pay stuff, and it's all very polished and commercial now, that's slightly sad to see but i suppose it had to happen eventually.

Not websites, but physical places, sometimes. A few days ago I went somewhere in my brother's van, which used to be my dad's, which was the one we always took on vacation.
