When my mother keeps telling me that I can't be a vegetarian because it's unhealthy and how would I get enough protein and I'll always be tired and energy deficient. I am always tired anyway, even with the meat she makes me eat, so I don't see how being a vegetarian could possibly make it worse.

In regards to my father, it's when he brings up that I should contact my aunt, who I never speak to ever because we're not close, and ask her about a job since she works in a similar field. I can see that he's trying to help, but I'm not at all comfortable with asking a relative for a favour out of the blue, especially if I don't think I can repay it in any way.

since the usual "RP events you wanna see" threads don't really lead to any events happening.

Post an event you're willing to organize and maybe ask for input or state any problems you've run into or stuff.

Everybody else +1s if they wanna see that event. Then when you've hit enough +1s to feel motivated, go go go and organize the event!

It's been mentioned a lot, and I'm interested in organizing it I'm just shy maybe I'm unsure of so many things regarding it too so maybe a discussion first?

Rules/Details. These aren't set in stone and can be modified:

1) There would be two sides: An attacking side and a defending side.

2) To add some pressure, maybe there's a time limit (the entire part perhaps? But in the time of the players, would that be days? Weeks?) where the attacking side needs to have breached by that time or they lose. Similarly, the defending side must hold on till that time or they lose.

3) Supplies are limited on both sides (because otherwise it would go on forever?). The defenders have been cut off from theirs because they're trapped, while the attackers came from some far away place and so their back-up/supplies are limited too.

And here are some problems/issues I'm thinking off:

1) Once the players sign up, do they get to decide which side they want to be or do the organizer decide on a random note?

2) If there are an odd number of players, which side to put 'em on?

3) How the threads play out? Is it similar to the Battle Royale? But then, in a siege, it's not one person for himself, and there might be a need for a commander to organize and direct what the troop should do. Which means the players would need to discuss among themselves what to do first?

4) The outcome...? How to decide which side wins? If we leave it to the story-telling of the RP replies, it would go nowhere or maybe someone might decide and others would not agree. Is there some sort of counter or solid criteria we can use? Player activity? Or something else?
